101 Tech USA carries a variety of premium products and adheres to each brand's individual warranty policy. The following will state the warranty policy and period of each brand, in addition to the best point of contact to claim said warranty.

Before claiming warranty with 101 Tech USA, we highly recommend that you request assistance from the retailer you purchased from regarding any issues your product may have. Retailers may easily repair the issue and provide helpful insights without your having to send the product back to 101 Tech USA, and thus may reduce your overall repair time.

G&G ARMAMENT 90 Day GC Warranty / 13 Month GT Customer Warranty

The Warranty Period for the G&G GC Line is 90 days. The G&G GT line has a Warranty Period of 13 months.
Products must have been purchased from an Authorized G&G Armament Dealer in the USA.

What is covered:

Excluding as specified below, the G&G GC and GT Warranty covers all factory defects in material and workmanship in G&G products occurring during the above warranty periods. If applicable, the product will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or labor. To see which Customer Warranty your G&G product falls under, please refer to our website in the Product Section or contact G&G Armament / 101 Tech USA.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Any products not purchased in the U.S.A. from a G&G AUTHORIZED RESELLER.
  2. Damaged deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
    • Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized product repair, opening of or modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
    • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by G&G Armament.
    • Removal of the orange safety tip.
    • Damaged batteries or improper use of BBs, or non-approved propellants (i.e. Propane, Red Gas, 134a, etc.).
    • Use in industrial, commercial, and/or professional applications.

This warranty is Only Valid in the United States

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR DISCRETION, OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COMMERCIAL OF PRODUCTS LOST, STOLEN AND/OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

Obtaining Warranty Service

  1. Please fill out the RMA submission form.
  2. Please note that if no receipt is submitted in the form above, 101 Tech USA must assume the product is out of warranty.
  3. Once you've received a response from us, you are responsible for transporting your unit or arranging for its transportation. If shipment of your unit is required, you must pay the initial shipping charges. If your G&G product is within warranty, we will cover the return shipping charges.
  4. Customers are responsible for the shipping and repair costs if the returned product exceeds the warranty coverage. An estimated repair cost will be given after the diagnosis on the returned item.
  5. Fees that may be incurred if the product is out of warranty:
    • Shipping to 101 Tech
    • Return Shipping (Charged with your bill upon RMA completion)
    • Parts
    • Labor Fees - $40.00/hr
  6. Please clearly mark your issues RMA# on the outside of your package. Packages without an authorized and clear RMA# may be refused and returned to the sender or be greatly delayed in servicing your item.
  7. Failure to contact 101 Tech USA or provide the required information will result in your package being refused or held until further notice.

LayLax Warranty Policy

The Warranty Period for all LayLax Products is 90 days.

LayLax products are protected by warranty. The warranty is limited to the product being free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Please submit warranty claims to 101 Tech. 101 Tech will repair or replace said products or part thereof which upon inspection by 101 Tech are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. As a condition to the obligation of 101 Tech to repair or replace said product, the product must be returned to 101 Tech with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Packages should be shipped in its original packaging or in a secure shipping container. Upon shipping, we recommend insuring the shipment for the full replacement value of your package.

Warranty claims must be approved by 101 Tech--an RMA# will be issued to you upon approval. Shipments without RMA#s will be refused. 101 Tech will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RMA Shipping Reminders:

  • Include a copy of the original purchase receipt (invoice).
  • Include the RMA# on the shipping label or package (marked clearly).
  • Ship the product in its original packaging or in a secured shipping container. We recommend insuring for the full replacement value of your package. 101 Tech USA will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

PolarStar Warranty Policy

Unless specified, all PolarStar products are protected by a limited 1 year warranty. This warranty is limited to the product being free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. PolarStar will repair or replace said products or part thereof which upon inspection by PolarStar are found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused from misuse, abuse or neglect of maintenance.

For warranty claims you are only responsible for shipping the item to PolarStar's Newark, DE, USA location. PolarStar will then cover the cost of repairing or replacing the item and shipping the item back to you.

DYE Precision Warranty Policy

The Warranty Period for all DYE Precision Products is 30 days.

DYE Precision products are protected by warranty which is limited to the product being free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

Dye agrees to replace or repair, within thirty (30) days after the purchase date, any Products that are defective in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claims and items returned on a warranty claim must be thoroughly cleaned before shipment to DYE. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations or liabilities of DYE to Dealer. In no event shall DYE, or any other manufacturer providing Products to DYE, be liable to Dealer or any third party for consequential or special damages. This warranty does not cover damage caused from misuse, abuse, or neglect of maintenance.
