By opening an account and placing an order with 101 Tech USA, you (hereafter referred to as the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Order Submission and Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by 101 Tech USA. Listed prices do not include shipping.
Payment and Shipping
All orders must be paid via Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire Transfer prior to shipment. Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
Orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment of normal business days (weekends excluded). Orders will ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx – customers are encouraged to provide their own UPS or FedEx account numbers to lower costs and expedite processing time. All costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer. For orders large enough to be shipped via freight, orders will ship within 24 to 36 hours, depending on the volume of the order. We also encourage customers to ship with their own freight company. When the order is collected by the customers’ forwarder, they waiver 101 Tech USA from any responsibility and costs involved in shipping.
In the event of any major events (weather conditions or shipping company accidents) that delay shipment, 101 Tech will not be held responsible.
If any products or packages are damaged or missing in transit, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please also note and provide pictures of damages on boxes and packaging.
Returns / Faulty Product
101 Tech will accept returned product only in the cases below. All returns must be authorized by 101 Tech prior to return. Unauthorized returns will be directed back to the sender. 101 Tech will
not be held responsible for unauthorized returns lost or damaged in transit from the shipper.
- Manufacture Defect – returned products will be tested upon receipt. If the product is found to be not faulty, the product will be shipped back to you and you may be liable for shipping charges. Items found to be not faulty or have no manufacture defect will not be refunded.
- Items Damaged in Transit
- No longer want the item – Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you decide that you do not want the product. All items must be returned unopened with all accessories and packaging in as new condition. All costs of returning the product will be paid by the customer. Please note that 101 Tech will also charge a 15% restock fee upon authorization of return.

Waiver of Liability and Legal Compliance
In purchasing from 101 Tech, the customer understands that they must adhere to all laws in their country regarding the purchasing and sale of any products from 101 Tech. In opening an account and purchasing from 101 Tech, you agree that 101 Tech USA, Inc. shall be held harmless and free of any and all legal actions arising from the use, purchase of its products or any violation against the law and that the customer shall make good on any damage, cost, loss or penalty incurred by breach of the product warranty.
101 Tech carries many different brands and adheres to the warranty policy of each brand carried. Please refer to the 101 Tech USA website for the warranty policy on each brand. For issues on products such as manufacture defect or damages, please contact the manufacturer directly.
The general warranty policy for 101 Tech USA is as follows.
Items/Situations not covered by warranty:
- Any product that is not imported and distributed from the United States by 101 Tech
USA 2. Damaged/deteriorated/malfunctioning product resulting from: a. Accident, act of nature, abuse, misuse, neglect b. Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product c. Repair/modification (successful or attempted) or opening of the product d. Repair or attempted repair of anyone not authorized by 101 Tech USA 3. Damaged batteries or improper use of pellets (BBs) or non-approved propellants 4. Use in industrial, commercial, and/or professional applications 5. Use of the product outside the country 101 Tech distributed to 6. (USA Customers Only) Any products not purchased in the USA from a 101 Tech USA
authorized reseller. For verification of a G&G authorized reseller, please refer to the 101 Tech USA website.
This warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective product and shall in no event in no event include incidental or consequential commercial or property damages of any kind. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen and/or damaged during shipping. This warranty may not be altered other than in a writing signed by an officer of 101 Tech USA, Inc.
In purchasing from 101 Tech USA, you agree to adhere to all MAP Policies from the manufacturer. Minimum Advertising Prices, or MAP, are designed to benefit all Resellers of 101 Tech USA and to ensure that distributed products are not devalued in the marketplace. 101 Tech USA and the brands we represent actively encourages and supports the advertising and promotion of our products. The enforcement of the MAP policy makes it so that customers in our reseller programs are able to compete equally on the basis of the value added services they provide to their clients for our products.

Copyright and Information/Text/Emails
Copyright on all images, designs, text and emails belong to 101 Tech and its associated brands and companies. 101 Tech supplies customers with product and company images, logos, descriptions, and other marketing material. Details on products stated online or in price sheets are to be used as a guideline. Information such as, but not limited to, pricing and upcoming product information, are not to be shared without prior written permission.
Information on all products are given in good faith and believed to be correct – however, we make no representations, warranties , or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information and will have no liability for any errors or omissions in our given information. 101 Tech will not be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of or reliance of the information presented.
In purchasing from 101 Tech, the customer agrees to reserve all information regarding 101 Tech confidential and will not release information such as, but not limited to, pricing, invoicing, and account numbers to any individuals or 3rd parties.
All personal information the customer provides is reserved for the sole use of bringing customers’ their orders. Information including but not limited to your name, address, email, telephone number, and credit card information will be under confidentiality and will not be released, sold or rented to any individuals or 3rd parties outside of 101 Tech USA.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
101 Tech USA reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Current modifications and amendments to the Terms and Conditions can be viewed via the 101 Tech USA website once the customer is logged into the dealer portal. Terms and Conditions must be agreed to on all orders placed via dealer portal or email.
